Steve Henry – Sales Manager, South
Steve grew up on a large PFRA community pasture in southwestern Manitoba where his appreciation for land, resource and environment first came to be. He completed his education in Virden, Manitoba and started in the oil and gas industry at a young age working within various pipeline and construction projects. Steve has spent much of his career working in Southern Saskatchewan and Manitoba and lived in Saskatchewan for fifteen years. In 2012 Steve moved back to his roots in Manitoba and he now resides in Virden with his family.
In 1997, Steve began his sales career working for a leading oilfield supply company where he was introduced to the artificial lift systems market and quickly excelled in client service and building everlasting relationships. Through the years, he has strengthened his education and experience with several sales and management courses to further build his knowledge and enhance value for his customers. Steve has traveled throughout North America working with an extensive list of industry clients and professionals and has even had the pleasure of working with the Department of National Defence in Canada. Prior to coming aboard Redhead Artificial Lift, he was an active partner and vice president within an emerging leader in automated hydraulic technologies where he assisted with the exponential growth of the business year over year.
Steve sold his first pumpjack in 2010 and now with hundreds of units sold and over 20 years of sales and management experience, he continues his dedication to artificial lift within the pumping unit market. Steve’s passion for business, sales and customer service along with his ambition to build strong partnerships will benefit Redhead Artificial Lift for many years to come.
